Director Finance

As a candidate for the role, you will be responsible for managing various aspects including finance, accounts, audit, taxation, funding, legal, commercial, and administration within the educational institution. Your qualifications should include being ACA or FCA certified with a minimum of 12-15 years of experience, preferably with some years spent in educational institutions. **Key Responsibilities:** - Oversee finance, accounts, audit, taxation, funding, legal, commercial, and administration functions - Collaborate with the Vice Chancellor on operational matters - Report to the Chancellor on management and strategic matters **Qualifications Required:** - ACA or FCA certification - 12-15 years of relevant experience - Experience in educational institutions is preferred The company is looking for male candidates who are willing to put in extra efforts when required.
