Title: School Outreach Manager Responsibilities: Map the schools s in the assigned territory, create a promotional plan, strategise and execute by thinking differently to achieve the set MBOs. Identify prospects and promote a concept which is critical to the academic performance of students. Make power packed presentations to teachers, educators and decision makers in schools to influence them to conduct workshops and seminars in school premises. Conduct power packed presentations about offerings of Add247 by influencing and guiding students for their career test prep preparation options. Has an eye on market trends and executes marketing activities with the support of team. Liaise with other departments in HO and ensure all administrative procedures are met on time. Files her/his Daily Field Report by the same evening. Ensure all the other reports such as attendance, local travel allowance and travel expense statements are submitted on time. Qualifications: The ideal candidate: Should be a graduate with or without a MBA in sales and marketing. Dynamic, self-motivated person and a quick learner with the ability to plan, strategise, execute and think differently with a social bent of mind. A. Job Summary: Responsible for driving key accounts revenue, relationships and building brand presence and capability across the assigned region. The role involves executing strategies for key accounts that align with organizational objectives. Ensure meeting the gross margin (in INR terms), number of new and retained key accounts and customer satisfaction targets as per company Annual Operating Plan. Maintain and enhance customer relationships. B. Key Deliverables and Responsibilities: Drive key accounts revenue contribution growth by executing strategic plan as per the Annual Operating Plan (AOP). Identify and develop deep and long terms partnerships with key educational institutions and large school chains. Proactively capture and regularly analyze sales data, market trends, competitor information, user needs and customer feedback. Share it with management and modify plans, if required. Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including regional sales teams, marketing, operations, finance, training, product management and publishing. Ensure compliance with company policies, financial targets, and collection goals. Create and publish MIS.
