Job Description

Key Responsibilities: Sales Target Achievement: Collaborate with Regional Managers to meet or exceed assigned area sales targets. Sales Funnel Management: Effectively manage the sales funnel from lead generation to conversion, ensuring a steady flow of business opportunities. Key Account Management: Maintain excellent relationships with key accounts to ensure client satisfaction and foster long-term partnerships. Cross-departmental coordination: Work closely with other departments, including marketing, operations, and customer success, to ensure the smooth execution of the sales cycle. Regional Travel: Travel across the region to drive market penetration, including in remote areas. Qualification and Experience: Experience: 3-9 years of experience in B2B sales, preferably within the education industry. Education: MBA degree preferred. Skills: Strong problem-solving and communication abilities; highly organized and efficient. Travel: Willingness to travel daily, at least 50-70 km locally. Vehicle: Must have a personal vehicle (2/4-wheeler) for official travel. Mindset: End-to-end ownership with a bias for action and a 'get it done vs. wait for perfection' attitude.
