Position Summary We are seeking a detailed oriented Manager to lead a team responsible for supporting the Advisory Programs and Third Part Manager Solutions team. This role will perform and oversee various functions related to Morgan Stanley’s Investment Advisory Business. The ideal candidate will bring strong organizational, analytical, and leadership skills to ensure all deliverables are executed efficiently and in accordance with established procedures. Key Responsibilities Team Leadership & Collaboration Lead and manage a team to ensure timely and accurate completion of tasks. Allocate work effectively while maintaining transparent and proactive communication with internal U.S.-based business partners. Provide daily support and guidance to team members and assist with problem resolution. Third Party Solutions and Program Management Support Perform periodic reviews as outlined in the documented Control Procedures and escalate findings to the appropriate business groups. Maintain entitlement provisions for new and existing users accessing internal platforms (e.g., Morgan Stanley Money Manager Portal). Ensure ongoing monitoring and quality assurance of internal data systems used for manager profiles and performance metrics. Manage the intake and documentation of product-related information and survey responses from Investment Advisors. Prepare metrics and reports around business oversight, reviews, and task progress. Analyze large data sets and provide summarized insights. Enhance, maintain, and organize business archives, including procedural and policy documents. Respond to inquiries from Asset Managers related to pricing policies and other operational matters. Support the maintenance and updating of Product Marketing Materials. Qualifications Undergraduate degree in business, finance, accounting, or other related fields. Understanding of project management practices. Business process and control environment experience preferred. Proven history of executing project plans through to completion. Experience managing people. Strong analytical and data interpretation skills. Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Highly organized and detail-oriented with the ability to manage multiple priorities.
