Primary Title: Director of Digital Marketing

We deliver workforce solutions and digital transformation services that help enterprises scale teams, accelerate customer acquisition, and build measurable digital experiences. We are seeking an on-site Director of Digital Marketing in India to lead demand generation, brand performance, and paid media strategies.Role & Responsibilities
  • Define and execute a cross-channel performance marketing strategy (paid search, paid social, programmatic, and display) to drive qualified pipeline and measurable business outcomes.
  • Own media planning and budget allocation, optimizing channel mix and ROAS while ensuring alignment with commercial goals and quarterly KPIs.
  • Lead the India-based digital marketing team and vendor partnerships; set OKRs, mentor senior managers, and uplift operational rigor across campaigns.
  • Build and scale analytics-driven frameworks (attribution, conversion tracking, dashboards) to translate marketing activity into revenue and retention metrics.
  • Develop integrated content and SEO strategies that improve organic visibility, funnel conversion, and lead quality in target markets.
  • Institute testing and growth processes—A/B testing, landing-page optimization, and iterative creative experiments—to continuously improve funnel efficiency.
