About The Role
We are looking for a dynamic and technically proficient leader to take on the role of Director – Data, responsible for driving enterprise-wide data initiatives. This role blends strategic vision with hands-on leadership in data analytics, governance, and enablement. The Director will lead data strategy execution, foster a data-driven culture, and ensure the delivery of actionable insights that support business objectives. Industry Intelligence
- Stay informed on emerging trends in data science, AI, and governance.
- Evaluate new technologies and methodologies for potential adoption.
Candidate Profile
Education & Experience
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Data Science, Computer Science, Statistics, Business Analytics, or related field.
- 12–15 years of experience in data analytics or data science, with 3–5 years in a leadership role.
- Experience in leading cross-functional teams and delivering enterprise-level analytics solutions.
Technical Expertise
- Proficiency in SQL and Python.
- Strong experience in AWS architecture, including services like S3, Redshift, Glue, Lambda, and SageMaker.
- Familiarity with big data platforms and BI tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI, Looker).
- Solid foundation in machine learning, statistical modeling, and predictive analytics.
