The Digital Strategy and Emerging Tech practice is a rapidly growing team of professionals that help clients design Digital/ Tech strategic initiatives, and work with clients throughout the initiative lifecycle to help them realize the benefits for business and technology leaders. Professionals in this team work closely with CxOs to solve problems in their priority Digital initiatives.

We are looking for entrepreneurial leaders to drive our growth in Digital Strategy & Transformation competency.

Roles and Responsibilities:

As a Consultant of the practice, you would have following key responsibilities

• To provide advisory services to clients following the principles of client management and delivery standards
• Developing and enhancing Digital propositions for clients (for specific accounts/ sector/ functions)
• Take a lead role with client interactions and lead preparation, development and delivery of proposals
• Manage the delivery of major engagements on a day-to-day basis, providing hands on management to the engagement team
• Assist in preparing, planning and delivery of Digital transformation programs. This includes setting scopes, discussing budgets, staffing resources, leading client workshops, creating and coordinating final deliverables in terms of Digital strategy, architecture, operating model etc.
• Work with global/ national KPMG teams to ensure the best solution is developed for the client irrespective of geography or sector
• Maintain responsibility for risk management, quality and profitability on engagements and liaise with the client lead and KPMG partners
• Coach, mentor and develop junior level team members

The Candidate:

• Should have business focus, along with ability to apply technology understanding in a business context
• Very strong visual skills to build impactful client presentations
• Strong oral and written communication skills
• Good analytical & logical skills for problem solving
• Familiarity with at least one of the Emerging technologies like AI, 5G, Edge Computing, IoT, Cloud and others
• Adaptability and willingness to work in multiple business problems/ technologies/ sectors
• Able to build relationships with peers, seniors, and clients for long term partnerships
• Accountability and ownership for one’s work

Qualifications:

• Master’s degree in any of the disciplines - Business Administration (Majors in Marketing/ Finance/ IT preferred but not mandatory), Marketing, Finance, IT, Engineering, Data Sciences and/ or equivalent
• Certification in Digital technologies – PMP, TOGAF, AI, blockchain, analytics, Cloud, IoT/ design thinking / equivalent preferred, but not mandatory
