• 10+ years of experience in digital transformation, consulting, or innovation roles.
• Strong grasp of enterprise technologies, agile methodologies, and change management frameworks.
• Excellent communication and problem-solving skills, manage multiple projects simultaneously. Customer-centric mindset with a focus on innovation and operational efficiency.
• Proven track record of delivering cross-functional transformation projects.
• Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
• Project Management certification is a strong advantage

Educational Qualification:

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, or related field.
• MBA or equivalent postgraduate qualification is a strong advantage.

Roles & Responsibilities:

Strategy & Road mapping:

• Develop and maintain a comprehensive digital transformation roadmap aligned with business objectives, while adopting new technologies, including automation, digital orchestration, AI, machine learning, and chatbots.
• Conduct digital maturity assessments and gap analyses to identify areas for improvement.
• Identify opportunities for automation, digitization, and process optimization.
• Prioritize initiatives based on ROI, feasibility, and strategic impact.
• Benchmark industry trends and incorporate best practices into transformation planning.

Stakeholder Engagement

• Partner with functional leaders to understand pain points and co-create digital solutions.
• Facilitate workshops and design sprints to align teams around transformation goals.
• Communicate progress, risks, and wins to executive leadership and key stakeholders.
• Build coalitions across departments to foster a culture of collaboration and innovation.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive adoption of digital tools and practices

Technology Enablement

• Evaluate and implement emerging technologies (generative AI, Agentic AI, etc.) to enhance operations.
• Oversee system integrations and ensure interoperability across platforms.
• Manage vendor relationships and negotiate contracts for digital tools and services.
• Ensure cybersecurity, data privacy, and compliance standards are upheld in all implementations.

Project Management

• Lead cross-functional teams in planning, executing, and monitoring digital transformation and automation initiatives, ensuring they are completed on time and within budget and define Work plan, Scope, Schedule, Efforts, Budget.
• Develop detailed project plans, timelines, and resource allocations.
• Monitor project risks, dependencies, and milestones, ensuring timely escalation when needed.
• Maintain documentation and ensure alignment with governance and compliance standards.

Performance & Analytics

• Define success metrics and KPIs for transformation initiative.
• Use dashboards and analytics tools to track progress and identify bottlenecks.
• Conduct post-implementation reviews to measure impact and extract learnings.
• Present insights and recommendations to leadership for continuous improvement.
• Manage relationships with technology providers and external service providers.
• Participate in industry conferences, seminars, and external forums to stay informed on emerging technologies and digital innovation trends.
• Engage with industry peers to stay updated on the latest trends and best practices.
• Collaborate with external consultants for specialized projects and expertise.
