We are looking for an experienced IT Consultant - Automotive Domain to join our dynamic team. This individual will play a pivotal role in advising automotive clients on digital transformation strategies, leveraging AI, data analytics, cloud solutions, and other digital technologies to transform their businesses. You will be working with senior executives to shape their digital strategies, help them adopt digital, data centric, AI-powered solutions, and optimize their business processes for the future.

Your expertise will enable our clients to adopt the latest trends in digital technology, such as connected vehicles, AI-driven customer experiences, and data analytics, and apply these innovations to their operations. This is a strategic consulting role, where you will act as a trusted advisor to clients in the automotive space, driving both operational and customer experience improvements through digital transformation.

Key Responsibilities:

Client Engagement & Strategic Consultation:

o Work closely with automotive clients, but not limited to, to understand their unique business challenges and digital transformation needs.

o Advise on strategies to implement cutting-edge digital solutions, focusing on AI, cloud computing, data analytics, and digital platforms.

o Develop and pitch tailored digital transformation roadmaps, helping automotive companies reimagine their business models for the future.

Digital Transformation Strategy:

o Guide clients on the application of AI, machine learning, cloud technologies, and advanced analytics to modernize their operations.

o Provide thought leadership on how digital technologies can improve automotive business processes, such as customer engagement, marketing automation, supply chain optimization, and after-sales services.

o Assist clients in developing and deploying AI and data analytics models for predictive insights, demand forecasting, and customer behavior analysis.

AI and Data Analytics:

o Help automotive clients harness the power of AI for customer-facing applications such as personalized experiences, chatbots, and virtual assistants.

o Advise on leveraging data analytics to enhance decision-making, improve operational efficiency, and drive customer insights.

o Guide clients on AI and machine learning strategies, including predictive analytics and automation of business processes.

Technology Integration & Cloud Transformation:

o Advise clients on integrating cloud platforms and digital tools that facilitate scalability, agility, and innovation.

o Help clients migrate their operations to the cloud, supporting them through the planning, execution, and optimization of their digital infrastructure.

o Provide strategic direction for digital platform adoption, including the integration of advanced tools like CRM systems, ERP solutions, and digital marketing platforms.

Market Research & Trend Analysis:

o Stay ahead of key digital trends in the automotive sector, including connected vehicles, AI-powered customer experience, mobility as a service (MaaS), and smart supply chain technologies.

o Keep clients informed about emerging digital trends and advise them on how to adopt new technologies to stay competitive.

Pre-Sales & Proposal Development:

o Collaborate with the sales team to identify new business opportunities by creating compelling proposals and presenting digital transformation solutions.

o Develop impactful presentations and white papers that highlight the benefits of digital transformation initiatives in the automotive industry.

Client Support & Relationship Management:

o Build strong relationships with key stakeholders at automotive companies, serving as their go-to advisor on digital strategy.

o Assist clients in evaluating the ROI of their digital transformation initiatives and ensure that they are achieving measurable results
