📍 Switzerland 🕒 Full-time About the Role We are seeking an experienced Digital Transformation Consultant to join our Switzerland team. In this role, you will partner with clients to define digital strategies, implement innovative technologies, and drive large-scale transformation programs that enable sustainable growth and competitiveness. Key Responsibilities Assess clients’ current digital maturity and identify opportunities for transformation. Design and deliver digital strategies, roadmaps, and operating models. Lead initiatives in areas such as cloud adoption, automation, data analytics, and emerging technologies. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement end-to-end digital solutions. Facilitate workshops, training, and change management activities to support adoption. Define KPIs and track progress to ensure measurable business impact. Provide executive-level insights, reports, and recommendations to stakeholders. Stay updated on emerging technologies, market trends, and best practices in digital transformation. Qualifications Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business, Engineering, IT, or related field. 3–6 years of experience in digital transformation, technology consulting, or business transformation. Strong knowledge of cloud platforms, automation, data analytics, or Industry 4.0 technologies. Experience in delivering large-scale change and technology adoption programs. Strong analytical, problem-solving, and project management skills. Excellent communication, facilitation, and stakeholder management abilities. Fluent in English; proficiency in German or French is highly valued in Switzerland. Professional certifications (e.g., PMP, Agile, TOGAF, or cloud certifications) are an advantage.
