Digital Transformation Consultant

• Assess clients’ current digital maturity and identify opportunities for transformation.
• Design and deliver digital strategies, roadmaps, and operating models.
• Lead initiatives in areas such as cloud adoption, automation, data analytics, and emerging technologies.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement end-to-end digital solutions.
• Facilitate workshops, training, and change management activities to support adoption.
• Define KPIs and track progress to ensure measurable business impact.
• Provide executive-level insights, reports, and recommendations to stakeholders.
• Stay updated on emerging technologies, market trends, and best practices in digital transformation.

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business, Engineering, IT, or related field.
• 3–6 years of experience in digital transformation, technology consulting, or business transformation.
• Strong knowledge of cloud platforms, automation, data analytics, or Industry 4.0 technologies.
• Experience in delivering large-scale change and technology adoption programs.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and project management skills.
• Excellent communication, facilitation, and stakeholder management abilities.
• Fluent in English; proficiency in German or French is highly valued in Switzerland.
• Professional certifications (e.g., PMP, Agile, TOGAF, or cloud certifications) are an advantage.
