Applicants should possess the following attributes:

Relevant expertise in tech skills, including software development, automation, machine learning, AI, or related technologies, preferred from payments, credit cards, NBFCs industry (strong understanding).
Comprehensive SQL skill set for automation in terms of Advanced Query optimizations skills and performance tuning (preferred)
Should be well versed with any programming language and algorithm design such as C++/Java/Python/SQL(preferred)
Strong problem-solving, analytical, and collaboration skills.
Proven track record in driving automation projects or digital transformation initiatives.
Strong interpersonal, Organizational and communication skills
Excellent written, oral communication and presentation skills.
