This role will be responsible for driving cutting-edge technology strategies for our pharma clients, establishing innovation ecosystems, and scaling next-gen digital capabilities across industries. The ideal candidate combines deep technical acumen with strong consulting experience and has successfully led innovation functions, client transformation programs, or digital solution incubators.
What You'll Do

- Business Growth & Client Leadership
- Drive business expansion within key clients, identifying and unlocking new revenue streams
- Serve as a strategic advisor to senior client stakeholders, navigating complex business challenges and positioning ZS’s technology solutions effectively
- Lead business development efforts by proactively identifying opportunities, crafting proposals with the team, and securing multi-million-dollar engagements
- Establish deep client relationships, acting as a trusted partner and thought leader in technology transformation
- Delivery Excellence for clients
- Oversee the design and implementation of large-scale technology solutions, ensuring alignment with business objectives
- Provide guidance on solution architecture, data strategy, and AI-driven automation to enhance client capabilities
- People Leadership
- Build and scale high-performing teams, mentoring and coaching managers and associates to grow into leadership roles
- Cultivate a culture of continuous learning and professional development, enabling team members to upskill in advanced technologies
- Delivery Excellence Process
- Drive the vision, strategy, and execution of Delivery excellence for various delivery models
- Create a culture of delivery excellence. Delivery discipline should be integral part of client delivery
- Ensure governance, risk management, delivery discipline across client accounts.
What You'll Bring

- 18+ years in digital technology and consulting roles, with proven experience in leading client engagements or transformation programs.
- Professional certifications in cloud (AWS/Azure/GCP), Agile, Design Thinking, or Innovation Management (e.g., IDEO, Stanford d.school) are a plus.
- Experience in setting up delivery excellence office.
- Deep understanding of delivery challenges. Understanding of various delivery models.
- Strong ability to link emerging tech with measurable client business outcomes.
- Commercial acumen in structuring and selling digital engagements.
- Exceptional stakeholder engagement and influencing skills, including experience with large clients.
- Understanding of agile, lean startup, and product development methodologies in a consulting delivery model.
- Ability to build and lead high-performing, cross-geography teams in a matrix organization.

Travel:
Travel is a requirement at ZS for client facing ZSers; business needs of your project and client are the priority. While some projects may be local, all client-facing ZSers should be prepared to travel as needed.
