Digital Marketing Trainee

Job Purpose

Key Responsibilities

Digital Marketing Support

• Assist in executing digital marketing campaigns across social media, email, SEO, and paid ads.
• Support in planning content calendars, campaigns, and brand communication.
• Manage day-to-day posting on Instagram, LinkedIn, Facebook, and YouTube.
• Monitor platform performance and provide weekly analytics reports.
  

Content Creation & Branding

• Assist with writing captions, short blogs, case studies, and ad copies.
• Coordinate with the design team to develop creatives, reels, and marketing materials.
• Research aviation and marketing trends for content ideas.
  

Campaign Execution & Analysis

• Support performance marketing activities (Meta ads, Google Ads).
• Track KPIs like reach, impressions, engagement, and lead generation.
• Maintain documentation and dashboards for client marketing performance.
  

Client Support & Coordination

• Work with the marketing team to prepare presentations, reports, and proposals.
• Assist in onboarding new clients and gathering campaign requirements.
• Help maintain smooth communication between internal teams.
  

Skills & Qualities Required

• Strong interest in marketing, branding, and digital strategy.
• Good communication and writing skills.
• Basic understanding of social media platforms.
• Creative thinking and willingness to learn.
• Ability to handle multiple tasks and meet deadlines.
• Knowledge of Canva or basic editing is a plus.
• Aviation interest is an advantage.
  

Education & Experience

Minimum Education:

• Graduate or pursuing final year in Marketing, Mass Communication, Digital Media, or related fields.
  

Experience

• 0–1 year (freshers welcome).
• Any internship in digital marketing is a bonus.
