Role Overview

We are looking for a creative and motivated Digital Marketing Trainee to support our online

marketing initiatives across social media, campaign execution, and performance tracking. This role

suits freshers as well as candidates with 6–12 months of digital marketing experience who are eager

to enhance their skills in a dynamic AI-focused environment.

Key Responsibilities

 Assist in managing and growing social media channels (LinkedIn, Instagram, Facebook,

YouTube, etc.).

 Support the creation of engaging content—posts, captions, short videos, creatives, and basic

copywriting.

 Help execute digital marketing campaigns across social, email, and other online platforms.

 Monitor campaign and social media performance using analytics tools and prepare basic

reports.

 Conduct basic competitor and trend research to support marketing strategies.

 Collaborate with the marketing and product teams to align messaging and brand presence.

 Learn and work with digital tools such as social media schedulers, Canva, Google Analytics,

email marketing tools, etc.

What We’re Looking For

 Fresh graduates or candidates with 0–1 year experience in digital marketing.

 Strong communication skills, creativity, and an interest in building engaging content.

 Basic understanding of social media platforms, content formats, and online marketing

concepts.

 Proactive mindset with willingness to experiment and learn new tools, trends, and digital

strategies.
