About the Role

Digital Marketing Team Lead

Key Responsibilities

Strategy & Planning

  • Develop and lead integrated digital marketing strategies for multiple clients across industries.
  • Translate client goals into measurable digital KPIs and align internal teams accordingly.
  • Plan digital roadmaps, campaign calendars, and monthly strategies.

Team & Project Management

  • Lead a cross-functional team including SEO, SEM, Social Media, Content, Design, and Performance Marketing.
  • Manage multiple client portfolios, ensuring timely execution of deliverables.
  • Collaborate with internal departments for campaign ideation and execution.

Campaign Execution & Performance

  • Supervise the implementation of paid and organic marketing campaigns across platforms (Google Ads, Meta Ads, LinkedIn, YouTube, etc.).
  • Monitor daily performance metrics, optimize campaigns, and ensure ROI targets are met.
  • Guide the team in building content calendars, creatives, and ad copies that align with campaign objectives.

Client Management

  • Attend client meetings and calls to present strategies, reports, and performance updates.
  • Ensure client satisfaction through proactive communication, reporting, and value delivery.
  • Translate client feedback into actionable internal tasks.

Reporting & Analysis

  • Generate comprehensive weekly/monthly reports using tools like Google Analytics, Data Studio, SEMrush, Meta Business Suite, and more.
  • Identify growth opportunities and present strategic insights to clients and internal stakeholders.

Requirements

Must-Have:

  • 4+ years of hands-on digital marketing experience,

    specifically within a digital marketing agency.

  • Proven experience in managing digital campaigns across SEO, SEM, Paid Media, Email Marketing, Social Media, and Influencer Collaborations.
  • Strong understanding of ad platforms like Google Ads, Meta Ads Manager, LinkedIn Ads, and Programmatic tools.
  • Excellent leadership and team management skills.
  • Solid analytical mindset and expertise in tools like Google Analytics, Search Console, Data Studio, SEMrush, etc.
  • Strong communication, presentation, and client-handling skills.

Nice to Have:

  • Certifications in Google Ads, Meta Blueprint, HubSpot, etc.
  • Experience using project management tools (ClickUp, Trello, or Asana).
  • Familiarity with marketing automation platforms (e.g., HubSpot, Mailchimp).
