Digital Marketing Strategist

The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience managing multi-brand social media strategies, developing data-driven marketing campaigns, and leveraging digital tools to generate leads and sales in the travel and education sectors.


Key Responsibilities :


Social Media Strategy and management

  • Develop and execute a comprehensive social media strategy for all Trip Brands subsidiaries (BookOtrip, BTA, Taj Travel, Study Abroad, Holidays, etc.).
  • Manage daily content creation, posting, and engagement across platforms (Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, YouTube, TikTok, Twitter/X, etc.).
  • Build a strong online brand voice aligned with each brand’s target audience and business goals.
  • Plan and deliver high-performing campaigns, reels, stories, and collaborations to increase follower growth and engagement.


Performance and Digital Marketing

  • Create and optimize paid campaigns across Meta Ads, Google Ads, YouTube Ads, and other channels.
  • Monitor campaign performance using analytics dashboards, A/B testing, and conversion tracking tools.
  • Generate qualified leads for study abroad, holidays, and flight bookings through targeted digital strategies.
  • Drive revenue-focused marketing initiatives with a clear focus on ROI, CPL, and customer acquisition.


Content Strategy and Brand Positioning

  • Build monthly content calendars for all brands covering promotions, educational posts, trends, and destination marketing.
  • Collaborate with designers, video editors, and internal teams to produce engaging and informative content.
  • Craft compelling messaging that differentiates Trip Brands in the competitive travel technology landscape


Data Analytics and Report

  • Track KPIs such as engagement, reach, CTR, conversion rate, lead quality, and campaign ROI.
  • Prepare weekly and monthly performance reports with actionable insights.
  • Use analytics to refine strategies, identify growth opportunities, and optimize digital impact.


Cross Department Collaboration

  • Coordinate with the Holiday, Air Ticketing, Study Abroad, B2B, and Technology teams.
  • Support brand launches, seasonal promotions, and new product announcements.
  • Ensure consistent brand communication across all digital touchpoints.


Required Skills and Qualification

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or related field.
  • 3–6 years of experience in digital marketing, preferably in travel, education, or consumer services.
  • Strong expertise in social media management, paid digital advertising, and analytics tools.
  • Proficiency in Google Analytics, Meta Business Suite, SEO/SEM tools, CRM platforms, and automation tools.
  • Excellent communication, storytelling, and campaign planning skills.
  • Creative mindset with a strong understanding of current marketing trends.
  • Experience with lead generation campaigns for study abroad, travel packages, or e-commerce (preferred).
