The Role: Digital Marketing Specialist

Location: Kazhakoottam, Kerala Reports to: Hospital Management Employment Type: Full-time

Key Responsibilities (The Fun Stuff):

• Strategy & Execution: Develop, implement, and manage our overall digital marketing strategy across all channels (SEO, SEM, Social Media, Email, Content). Think beyond basic posts—we need campaigns that truly engage our community.
• Search Engine Mastery: Manage and optimize our paid advertising campaigns (Google Ads, Meta Ads) and organic search performance (SEO) to drive traffic, appointments, and service inquiries (Veterinary, Grooming, Boarding, etc.).
• Social Media Management: Oversee content creation, scheduling, and engagement across platforms like Facebook, Instagram, and local community groups. Showcasing the nest of care we provide is key.
• Content Creation: Generate compelling, pet-focused content (blogs, videos, graphics) that educates pet owners on health, wellness, and our unique offerings (Exotics care, Aquascape).
• Analytics & Reporting: Track, analyze, and report on key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure campaign effectiveness and ROI. We're data-driven, not just cat-video-driven.
• Online Reputation: Proactively manage and enhance our online reputation, including responding to reviews and fostering positive testimonials.
• Email Marketing: Create and manage segmented email campaigns for customer loyalty, reminders, and promotional offers.

What You'll Need (The Essentials):

• Experience: 2+ years of demonstrable success in a Digital Marketing role, ideally in a service, healthcare, or pet-related industry.
• Technical Expertise: Proficiency with Google Analytics, Google Ads, Meta Business Suite, email marketing platforms (e.g., Mailchimp), and basic design tools (e.g., Canva).
• SEO/SEM Knowledge: Strong understanding of current SEO best practices and experience managing PPC campaigns with measurable results.
• Communication: Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English (and ideally Malayalam) to craft compelling, on-brand messaging.
• Analytical Skills: The ability to translate data into actionable marketing insights.
• The 'Pet Factor': A genuine love for animals and a passion for pet health and wellness. (A required skill, frankly.)
