Job Summary: As a Customer Engagement Specialist at our comprehensive pet care facility, you will be the welcoming face of our business, responsible for creating positive first impressions and building lasting relationships with pet owners. You'll handle client interactions, appointment scheduling, and ensure a smooth customer experience across our various services including clinic visits, grooming appointments, boarding reservations, and retail purchases. Key Responsibilities: Warmly greet clients and their pets upon arrival, creating a friendly and welcoming atmosphere Schedule appointments for veterinary services, grooming, day care, and boarding Answer phone calls and respond to email inquiries promptly and professionally Process payments and handle basic accounting tasks Maintain detailed client and pet records in our database system Explain services, prices, and policies to clients Follow up with clients about their pet's health and satisfaction with our services Assist with retail sales in our pet store section Coordinate with veterinary staff, groomers, and boarding attendants to ensure seamless service delivery Manage basic social media engagement and respond to online reManaging appointments and scheduling. As a Creative Designer & Marketing Analyst at our pet care facility, your role will involve a combination of creative content development and data-driven marketing analysis. Your responsibilities will include creating visually engaging marketing materials to showcase our various services such as veterinary clinic, pet store, grooming salon, boarding facilities, day care, and laboratory services. Additionally, you will be tasked with analyzing marketing performance to enhance our strategies. Through your work, you will contribute to building our brand identity, attracting new clients, engaging with existing customers, and evaluating the effectiveness of our marketing efforts. In terms of Creative Design, you will be responsible for developing appealing digital and print marketing materials such as flyers, brochures, signage, and social media graphics. You will also design educational materials related to pet health, grooming, nutrition, and behavior. Creating seasonal promotional campaigns for different services, taking and editing high-quality photographs of pets and facilities, updating website content, developing email newsletter templates, and designing branded merchandise for our pet store are also key aspects of your role. Ensuring brand consistency across all visual communications will be crucial. On the Marketing Analysis front, you will track and analyze the performance of marketing campaigns on various channels, interpret customer data to identify trends and opportunities, monitor website traffic and social media engagement metrics, and generate regular reports on marketing performance and ROI. Additionally, you will analyze customer feedback to enhance marketing messaging, research competitor strategies, assist in developing marketing budgets, identify effective marketing channels, and recommend improvements to strategies based on data insights. The required qualifications for this role include a high school diploma or equivalent, basic proficiency with graphic design software like Canva or Adobe Creative Suite, a creative mindset with an eye for design elements, ability to take clear photographs, basic data analysis skills, proficiency with spreadsheet software such as Excel or Google Sheets, attention to detail, organizational skills, and a genuine interest in pets and animal care. Preferred qualifications include an Associate's degree or coursework in graphic design, marketing, or a related field, a portfolio demonstrating basic design skills, experience with social media content creation and analytics tools, familiarity with website design principles and analytics, experience with photography (especially of pets), understanding of marketing concepts and brand development, experience in creating data reports and visualizations, knowledge of the pet care industry, and familiarity with email marketing platforms.
