We are looking for a friendly, organized, and spoken-word savvy Telecaller to join our team and help us stay connected with our pet parents.

Job Responsibilities

• Appointment Management: Handle inbound calls to schedule veterinary consultations, grooming sessions, and boarding stays.
• Outbound Follow-ups: Call pet owners for vaccination reminders, post-surgery check-ins, and health camp invitations.
• Customer Inquiry: Answer queries regarding hospital services, pricing, and operating hours with a helpful and professional tone.
• Database Management: Maintain and update accurate records of pet owners and their contact history in our system.
• Service Promotion: Inform clients about ongoing offers, new pet products, or specialized wellness packages.

Requirements & Skills

• Language: Fluency in Malayalam & English is mandatory
• Communication: Excellent verbal communication and a "smiling" voice over the phone.
• Tech-Savvy: Basic knowledge of MS Excel/Google Sheets to track calls and appointments.
• Education: Graduation is must
• Personality: Must be patient, empathetic, and genuinely fond of animals.
• Experience: Prior experience in telecalling or front-desk roles is required.

Working Hours

• Shift: 4 hours per day
• Days: 6 days a week
