01. Answering customer calls about the service using scripts
02. Ask questions to understand customer requirements and close sales
03. Enter and update customer information in the database
04. Take and process orders in an accurate manner
05. Handle grievance to preserve the company’s reputation
06. Meet sales quota and facilitate future sales
07. Keep records of calls and sales and note useful information
Experience : Minimum one year of experience as a Tele Caller or freshers are also welcome
Skills:
Ability to learn about service and describe them to prospects
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Cool-tempered and able to handle rejection
Outstanding negotiation skills with ability to resolve issues and address complaints
