Job Description

Position Overview:

We are seeking a skilled and driven Marketing Executive with experience in the IT/Software industry. The selected candidate will be responsible for executing end-to-end marketing strategies to build brand presence, drive digital engagement, and support business growth initiatives.

Key Responsibilities:

Plan, develop, and implement integrated marketing campaigns aligned with business goals.
Lead brand development and strategy, ensuring consistent messaging across all platforms.
Manage digital outreach activities including social media marketing, SEO/SEM, email campaigns, and online advertising.
Collaborate with internal teams such as sales, product, and design to ensure alignment on campaign objectives.
Track, analyze, and report campaign performance using tools such as Google Analytics and CRM platforms.
Conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify trends and insights.
Contribute to the creation of marketing content, including brochures, case studies, presentations, and blog articles.

Required Qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field (MBA preferred).
3–5 years of proven experience in B2B marketing within the IT/Software sector.
Strong understanding of digital marketing channels and tools.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Experience with CRM and marketing automation platforms such as HubSpot, Salesforce, or equivalent.
Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹500,000.00 - ₹900,000.00 per year
