Negotiation and Closing: Negotiate contracts, pricing, and terms with clients to close deals and secure long-term business partnerships. Market Analysis: Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and industry developments to stay ahead of the competition and identify growth opportunities. Collaboration: Work closely with the marketing, product development, and customer service teams to ensure seamless delivery of solutions to clients. Reporting: Provide regular reports on sales activities, pipeline status, and market feedback to senior management. Qualifications: Bachelor s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field. 2-3 years of experience in business development, sales, or a related role. Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets. Strong understanding of market dynamics and customer needs. Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite. Preferred Skills: Experience in Digital Marketing Agency is a plus. Performance Optimization: Optimize campaigns to maximize ROI by adjusting bids, targeting, and ad placements.
