Job Description

We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Business Development Manager with 2-3 years of experience to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, building and maintaining client relationships, and driving revenue growth. You will play a key role in expanding our market presence and ensuring the company s long-term success. Key Responsibilities: Identify New Business Opportunities: Conduct market research and analysis to identify potential clients, new markets, and business opportunities. Client Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and prospective clients, understanding their needs and ensuring client satisfaction. Sales Strategy Development: Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve company objectives and revenue targets. Lead Generation: Generate leads through various channels, including cold calling, networking, and digital platforms. Proposal and Presentation Preparation: Prepare and deliver compelling business proposals, presentations, and pitches to potential clients. Negotiation and Closing: Negotiate contracts, pricing, and terms with clients to close deals and secure long-term business partnerships. Market Analysis: Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and industry developments to stay ahead of the competition and identify growth opportunities. Collaboration: Work closely with the marketing, product development, and customer service teams to ensure seamless delivery of solutions to clients. Reporting: Provide regular reports on sales activities, pipeline status, and market feedback to senior management. Qualifications: Bachelor s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field. 2-3 years of experience in business development, sales, or a related role. Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets. Strong understanding of market dynamics and customer needs. Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite. Preferred Skills: Experience in Digital Marketing Agency is a plus. Strong networking skills and the ability to build relationships with key stakeholders. Strategic thinker with the ability to identify and capitalize on new business opportunities.
