About the Role


As a Digital Marketing Specialist, you will be the driving force behind our paid acquisition strategy — owning the end-to-end execution, optimization, and analysis of campaigns that accelerate growth and maximize ROI. You’ll combine strategic thinking with hands-on execution, leveraging data to uncover opportunities, optimize performance, and deliver measurable impact across all acquisition channels.


Key Responsibilities


  • Develop, execute, and optimize high-performing paid acquisition campaigns across multiple platforms — including Google Ads (Search, Display, YouTube), Meta Ads, and other performance channels.
  • Continuously monitor and analyze campaign performance using advanced analytics tools to identify insights, diagnose issues, and drive data-backed decisions.
  • Design and implement testing strategies (A/B, multivariate) to improve creative effectiveness, conversion rates, and ROI.
  • Build and maintain intuitive dashboards and performance reports to clearly communicate key marketing metrics — such as ROI, CPA, demand funnel efficiency, campaign attribution, and growth KPIs.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with creative, content, and product marketing teams to align messaging, audience targeting, and landing page optimization for maximum impact.
  • Identify emerging trends and new growth opportunities across digital marketing platforms, proactively testing innovative tactics to scale customer acquisition.
  • Own ROI optimization by consistently improving campaign performance metrics such as cost per acquisition (CPA), return on ad spend (ROAS), and conversion rates


Qualifications & Skills


  • 3–6 years of hands-on experience in performance or growth marketing, managing campaigns across paid search, paid social, and display.
  • Proven expertise in Google Ads, Meta Ads Manager, and Google Analytics (GA4 preferred).
  • Strong analytical mindset with the ability to translate complex data into clear insights and actionable strategies.
  • Experience building data models and performance dashboards using tools such as Looker Studio, Tableau, or Power BI.
  • Track record of driving measurable growth and delivering improvements in ROI, CPA, and conversion rates.
  • Deep understanding of digital attribution models, conversion tracking, and performance measurement frameworks.
  • Strong collaboration and communication skills, with the ability to influence cross-functional teams and present findings to senior leadership.
