Digital Marketing Specialist

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute

    SEO strategies

    to enhance organic reach and website performance.
  • Plan and manage

    paid campaigns

    across

    LinkedIn and Google Ads

    to generate qualified leads for sales.
  • Research market trends, competitors, and emerging opportunities within the IT/software domain.
  • Create and manage

    email marketing campaigns

    , including writing compelling and conversion-focused content.
  • Develop and maintain a consistent

    social media presence

    with a focus on

    entertainment-quality content (e.g., reels, videos)

    to attract talent and improve brand engagement.
  • Collaborate with design teams to ensure high-quality

    visual content and graphics

    for all marketing assets.
  • Track, analyze, and report on

    campaign performance, engagement graphs, and traffic trends

  • Optimize digital assets for SEO, including keyword research, meta content, and backlink strategies.

Requirements

  • Bachelors degree in Marketing, Communication, or related field (IT/Tech background preferred).
  • Proven experience (3–5 years) in

    SEO and Digital Marketing

    within a

    technology or software services

    environment.
  • Hands-on experience with

    LinkedIn Ads

  • Strong understanding of
