Job Description

Position Summary


We are an AI-first, AI-only organization reshaping healthcare marketing through data-driven, automated,

and intelligent strategies. We are looking for a results-driven Digital Marketing Specialist with a strong

command of modern AI tools and a passion for using technology to drive growth and efficiency.

The ideal candidate will not only be well-versed in the foundations of digital marketing but will also

demonstrate a proactive ability to identify, apply, and leverage appropriate AI tools for each task. This role

demands innovation, adaptability, and a sharp understanding of marketing dynamics in an AI-powered

environment.

 

1. PPC & Meta Ads Campaign Management


  • Plan, launch, and optimize search (Google

Ads) and paid-social (Meta Ads) campaigns

that hit CAC/LTV targets.

  • Use AI-driven bidding, audience modeling,

and ad-copy testing to maximize ROAS.

  • Own budgets, pacing, and daily performance

diagnostics.


2. Search-Engine Optimization (SEO)


  • Build and execute on-page, technical, and

off-page SEO strategies that raise organic

traffic and keyword rankings.

  • Apply AI-enabled site-crawling, content-gap

analysis, and internal-linking insights to scale

results efficiently.


3. Market Research & Trend Analysis


  • Continuously monitor competitors, industry

shifts, and patient behavior using AI-powered

research platforms.

  • Translate findings into actionable growth

opportunities and campaign pivots.


4. SEO & Website Optimization


  • Partner with dev/design teams to improve

Core Web Vitals, schema markup, and

accessibility.

  • Leverage AI diagnostics to uncover and

resolve technical issues before they impact

performance.


5. Content Creation


  • Produce—or coordinate the production

of—high-value blog posts, landing pages,

video scripts, and email sequences.

  • Select and manage AI copy, video, or image

generators to meet voice-and-tone and

compliance standards.


6. Data Analytics & Reporting


  • Build live dashboards and automated reports

that surface actionable insights for

stakeholders.

  • Employ AI forecasting, anomaly detection,

and cohort analysis to guide strategic

decisions.


7. Graphic Design Collaboration


  • Work with designers (and AI-assisted design

tools) to generate ad creatives, infographics,

and deck visuals that are brand-compliant and

conversion-focused.


8. Social Media Management


  • Schedule, publish, and engage across key

platforms; apply AI social-listening and

sentiment-analysis to iterate content calendars.

  • Coordinate paid and organic efforts for

holistic channel growth.


Qualifications:-


● Bachelor’s / Master’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.

● 1 to 5 years of experience in Digital marketing, brand communications, or campaign

execution.

● Knowledge of SEO, PPC, and digital campaign performance metrics.

● Demonstrated experience using AI tools to solve marketing problems and optimize tasks.

● Strong content development, storytelling, and copywriting abilities.

● Strong analytical aptitude; comfortable in GA4, ad-platform dashboards, and BI suites.

● Excellent project management, research, and cross-functional communication skills.

● Experience with analytics platforms, marketing automation tools, and CRM systems is a plus.

● Familiarity with HIPAA-compliant marketing practices and healthcare-industry nuances is a plus
