We're Hiring: B2B Marketing Expert (Digital & Outbound Growth) Location: Remote Type: Full-Time Compensation: Base Salary + Performance Incentives About Us At Redefine Solutions, we help businesses grow by building smarter systems—whether that's automating their workflows, integrating platforms, or optimizing their ecommerce and ERP stacks. Our work spans platforms like Microsoft, Shopify, Klaviyo, and more. Now we're looking for someone to help us grow our own business. If you're a strategic, hands-on marketer who loves building demand and scaling pipelines, we want to talk. What You'll Do This is a full-stack marketing role with ownership over how we generate leads and grow revenue. You’ll be responsible for building and executing everything from PPC campaigns to cold outreach systems—focused on bringing in the right clients and helping convert them. You’ll be responsible for: Strategy & Messaging Leading the development of high-converting landing page content Performing keyword research and SEO planning to support organic traffic growth Crafting messaging tailored to U.S.-based business owners and decision-makers Paid Campaigns Planning and managing paid campaigns across Google, LinkedIn, and Meta Optimizing based on cost per lead (CPL), lead quality, and return on ad spend (ROAS) Running small A/B tests with big learning potential Outbound & Cold Outreach Creating and managing cold email and DM campaigns using tools like Smartlead, Instantly, Clay, and Loom Writing persuasive, concise, and value-driven outreach tailored to American audiences Partnering with sales to ensure strong lead handoff and conversion alignment Optimization & Analysis Monitoring and reporting performance using GA4, Clarity, LinkedIn Ads Manager, and other analytics tools Continuously improving campaign and content effectiveness through testing and iteration Who You Are You’re resourceful, creative, and driven by results. You’ve worked in B2B before, and you understand how to talk to business owners—not just get clicks. You like having both freedom and accountability. What you bring to the table: 3+ years in B2B marketing (agency, SaaS, or consulting background preferred) Proven track record generating qualified leads through paid ads, SEO, and outbound Strong working knowledge of Google Ads, LinkedIn Ads, Meta Ads, and outbound tools Solid grasp of SEO and funnel strategy Ability to write or edit sharp, clear, conversion-focused copy Very important: You must have excellent English —both written and spoken—as you'll be marketing to American clients. You should be comfortable crafting messages that resonate with a U.S. audience and sound natively fluent. Bonus if you also have: Experience marketing tech services like ERP, Microsoft, Klaviyo, or Shopify Familiarity with sales psychology, buyer journeys, and offer positioning Examples of campaigns or landing pages that delivered measurable ROI What You’ll Get Competitive base salary depending on experience Performance bonuses tied to KPIs like lead generation, ROAS, and revenue impact Remote work and flexible hours A chance to own and shape the marketing strategy of a fast-growing firm
