About the Role

Website & Digital Marketing Manager

  1. Website Build & Setup

    – Using our

    custom CMS tools

    to structure, design, and optimize the website so it is clear, professional, and conversion-focused.
  2. Ongoing Marketing & Growth

    – Running and optimizing digital marketing campaigns (SEO, email, paid ads, content) to drive consistent traffic and sales.

Key Responsibilities

Website Build & Optimization

  • Build and manage website pages using our

    in-house CMS tools

    .
  • Arrange and structure content with

    strong UX/UI awareness

    to maximize conversions.
  • Review and refine all page content for

    fluent, persuasive English

    and sales impact.
  • Conduct regular website audits (technical, SEO, UX, and content) to ensure peak performance.
  • Ensure fast load times, mobile responsiveness, and user-friendly navigation.

Ongoing Digital Marketing

  • Plan and execute

    SEO strategies

    to improve rankings and organic growth.
  • Run

    PPC campaigns

    (Google Ads, Meta Ads) and optimize for ROI.
  • Manage

    email marketing campaigns

    and ensure messaging is engaging and grammatically correct.
  • Implement

    conversion rate optimization (CRO)

    strategies for landing pages and funnels.
  • Track, analyze, and report performance using

    Google Analytics (GA4), GTM, and other tools

    .
  • Continuously test and refine site layouts, CTAs, and marketing messages to increase sales.

Requirements

  • Experience in

    website management and page-building

    (preferably with

    custom CMS or flexible tools

    ).
  • Strong

    basic UX/UI skills

    — able to arrange content, sections, and layouts for maximum clarity and sales impact.
  • Excellent

    English writing and editing ability

    (must ensure all pages read well and convert).
  • Solid knowledge of

    SEO, PPC, and email marketing

    .
  • Data-driven with hands-on experience in GA4, GTM, or similar tools.
  • Ability to work independently and deliver results.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Prior experience with

    custom CMS platforms

    or no-code/low-code tools.
  • Certifications in SEO, Google Ads, or conversion optimization.
  • Familiarity with landing page best practices and A/B testing.
