Role Overview

Digital Marketing Specialist

Key Responsibilities

1. Market Research & Strategy

·      Conduct in-depth research

·      Analyze competitor strategies across platforms; identify opportunities and gaps to strengthen Foid’s positioning.

2. Campaign Planning & Execution

·      Develop and manage end-to-end marketing campaigns

·      Coordinate with design, content, and leadership teams to ensure campaigns are executed on time and aligned with the brand’s objectives.

·      Monitor live campaigns to ensure performance is on track and make adjustments as required.

3. Performance Marketing

·      Plan and execute paid ad campaigns across Google Ads, Meta Ads, LinkedIn Ads, YouTube, and other relevant platforms.

·      Define campaign KPIs (CTR, CPA, ROAS) and continuously optimize campaigns for efficiency and results.

·      Work with analytics tools (Google Analytics, Meta Business Suite, HubSpot/Zoho) to track and report performance.

4. Influencer Marketing & Partnerships

·      Identify, evaluate, and collaborate with influencers, designers, and industry partners

·      Build long-term influencer/creator relationships to align with Foid’s premium positioning.

·      Track ROI and effectiveness of influencer partnerships.

5. Content Creation & Writing

·      Write articles, blogs, newsletters, and social media content

·      Work closely with the content strategist to ensure cohesive messaging across all platforms.

·      Develop case studies, campaign summaries, and thought leadership articles to strengthen Foid’s digital presence.

6. PR & Brand Outreach

·      Plan and manage PR activities

·      Build relationships with journalists, editors, and PR agencies for ongoing coverage.

7. Analytics & Reporting

·      Track campaign performance across all digital platforms.

·      Provide weekly/monthly reports

·      Benchmark results against competitors and industry averages.

Qualifications & Skills

·      Degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field.

·      3–5 years of hands-on experience

·      Excellent writing skills — comfortable creating blogs, articles, PR content.

·      Familiarity with PR tools and experience handling media outreach.
