Job Description

Job Summary: We are looking for a proactive and analytical Digital Marketing Executive with 2–4 years of experience, preferably in the IT Services industry, to drive performance marketing campaigns and support other marketing processes. The ideal candidate will focus on generating high-quality leads, optimizing digital touchpoints, improving social media, Corporate Culture Building and contributing to business growth by aligning digital strategies with organization goals. Key Responsibilities: Plan and execute performance marketing campaigns (Google Ads, LinkedIn, Meta, etc.) targeting enterprise clients and key decision-makers. Drive demand generation for through paid media, SEO, and remarketing campaigns. Collaborate with the pre-sales and business development teams to create targeted digital assets, landing pages, and email campaigns for nurturing B2B leads. Track, optimize, and report KPIs such as CPL, ROAS, and lead quality using tools like Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager, and HubSpot/CRM platforms. Conduct A/B testing on ad creatives, landing pages, and email sequences to improve engagement and conversions. Research competitor strategies and emerging trends in B2B IT marketing to maintain a competitive edge. Support RFP/RFI processes by providing digital insights, client-specific campaign ideas, and performance data for proposal documentation. Requirements: Bachelor’s degree in marketing, IT, Business, or related field. 2–4 years of experience in digital marketing, with performance marketing experience in the IT Services or B2B tech domain. Hands-on experience with platforms such as Google Ads, LinkedIn Ads, Google Analytics, SEMrush, and marketing automation tools (e.g., HubSpot, Mailchimp) High-level understanding of IT services such as application development, cloud services and managed services. Strong communication and collaboration skills, especially working with HR, sales and pre-sales teams. Ability to manage budgets and deliver data-driven insights. Preferred Qualifications: Google Ads, HubSpot and LinkedIn Marketing certifications TradeDesk Certification (Optional) Experience in marketing to global clients, especially in the US Familiarity with CRM systems like Salesforce or Zoho (Optional)  Show more Show less
