Job Description

Position: ServiceNow GRC Sr. Consultant Experience: 5+ years Key ResponsibilitiesModule Configuration & Customization: Set up and tailor ServiceNow GRC modules such as Risk Management, Policy & Compliance Management, Audit Management, and Vendor Risk Management to align with organizational needs.Workflow Design & Automation: Develop and implement workflows, business rules, UI policies, and client scripts to automate GRC processes and enhance efficiency.Integration & Data Management: Integrate ServiceNow GRC with other enterprise systems using IntegrationHub, REST APIs, and MID Server.Testing & Documentation: Create and execute User Acceptance Testing (UAT) plans, and maintain comprehensive technical documentation.Stakeholder Collaboration: Work closely with business analysts, project managers, and end-users to gather requirements, provide training, and ensure solutions meet business objectives.Continuous Improvement: Stay updated with the latest ServiceNow features and GRC best practices to recommend enhancements and ensure the platform evolves with organizational needs.
