Digital Marketing Specialist

Key Responsibilities

  • Digital Strategy & Leadership

  • Develop and execute digital marketing strategies across Astro Invite and Gems Invite to drive user acquisition, engagement, and retention.

  • Lead and manage the digital marketing team, ensuring alignment with business goals.
  • Oversee and optimize all digital marketing functions, including SEO, SEM, email marketing, social media, and content marketing.
  • E-commerce & Marketplace Growth

  • Handle and scale e-commerce operations across platforms like Amazon, Quick Commerce

    , and other online marketplaces.
  • Plan and implement performance marketing campaigns to drive conversions and sales for

  • Identify and explore new digital sales channels to maximize reach and ROI.
  • Social Media & Brand Growth

  • Manage and grow Astro Invite’s 3M+ social media community with creative campaigns, influencer collaborations, and consistent brand messaging.

  • Strengthen online presence, reputation, and engagement across social platforms.
  • Design and implement growth automation tools to eliminate repetitive marketing tasks.
  • SEO & Analytics

  • Oversee SEO strategy to improve website visibility, ranking, and organic traffic.

  • Utilize analytics tools (Google Analytics, Search Console, etc.) to track and report performance metrics.
  • Use data insights to refine marketing strategies and improve overall performance.
  • Team & Operations Management

  • Lead the internal marketing team and external agencies for content, SEO, social media, and paid campaigns.

  • Drive marketing automation, performance monitoring, and budget optimization.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align marketing initiatives with business objectives.

Requirements

  • 12–15 years

    of proven experience in digital marketing, with at least

    5 years in e-commerce and team management roles

    .
  • Demonstrated success in

    handling large-scale social media accounts

    (preferably 1M+ followers).
  • Strong understanding of

    SEO, performance marketing, online advertising, and digital analytics tools

    .
  • Experience in

    technical online marketing

    (automation, CRM, analytics setup, and tracking).
  • Hands-on experience in managing and growing e-commerce businesses across multiple platforms.
  • Strong leadership, analytical thinking, and strategic planning skills.
  • Excellent communication and project management abilities.
  • Note:

    Freelancing experience will not be considered for this position.

Preferred Skills

  • Familiarity with Quick Commerce, D2C marketing strategies, and online marketplace integrations.
  • Experience working with influencer marketing, affiliate programs, and brand collaborations.
  • Creative mindset with a strong focus on measurable growth and automation.
