Role Overview:

We’re seeking a hands-on Digital Marketing Specialist to own content creation, campaign execution, and performance marketing. You’ll craft engaging digital content, optimize our online presence, and drive ROI using data-driven tools and strategies.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and execute end-to-end digital marketing campaigns across social media, email, and paid channels
• Create compelling content: blog posts, graphics, videos, and social updates that resonate with our audience
• Manage SEO strategy, including keyword research and on-page optimization, to boost organic traffic
• Utilize Google Analytics, Google Keyword Planner, SEMrush (or similar) to track performance and identify growth opportunities
• Launch and manage paid search and social ads, optimizing bids and targeting for maximum ROI
• Monitor, analyze, and report on campaign metrics; make actionable recommendations to improve results
• Collaborate with design and sales teams to align marketing initiatives with business objectives

Required Skills & Experience:

• 3–5 years in digital marketing or performance marketing roles
• Proven experience with Google Analytics, Google Keyword Planner, SEMrush (or equivalent), and advertising platforms (Google Ads, Facebook Ads, etc.)
• Strong content creation skills, including copywriting and basic graphic/video editing
• Hands-on SEO knowledge: keyword research, technical SEO, link-building strategies
• Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and make decisions quickly
• Excellent communication and project-management skills
• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or related field

Nice to Have:

• Experience in the retail or FMCG sector
• Familiarity with email marketing platforms (Mailchimp, HubSpot)
• Basic HTML/CSS knowledge
