Responsibilities Content Creation & Management · Create engaging and original content for blogs, social media, and the company website · Assist in designing visual content using tools like Canva, Adobe Spark, or Photoshop · Edit and proofread content to ensure brand consistency and proper grammar · Help maintain a content calendar to ensure timely publishing Social Media Marketing · Assist in planning and scheduling posts across all company social media platforms · Monitor engagement (likes, comments, shares) and respond to community interactions · Research trending topics, hashtags, and content styles to enhance reach · Analyse social media performance and suggest improvements Search Engine Optimization (SEO) . Conduct keyword research to inform blog topics and website content · Optimize on-page elements like meta titles, descriptions, headers, and images · Help identify opportunities to improve page rankings through backlinking and technical SEO · Monitor website traffic and SEO performance via Google Search Console and Google Analytics Email Marketing · Help draft email newsletters and promotional campaigns · Segment email lists for targeted messaging · Monitor email performance metrics (open rate, click-through rate, bounce rate) · Assist with A/B testing of subject lines and content formats Paid Advertising · Support in managing paid advertising campaigns on platforms like Google Ads and Meta Ads · Help write ad copy and select appropriate targeting parameters · Track ad performance and assist in making optimization recommendations Analytics & Reporting · Track and report digital marketing KPIs and campaign results · Compile weekly or monthly performance summaries · Assist in preparing presentations and reports for internal teams · Learn and use tools like Google Analytics, Meta Insights, and HubSpot · Market Research & Competitor Analysis · Research industry trends, consumer behaviour, and competitors’ digital strategies Identify best practices and new digital tools · Summarize findings and present insights to the team Administrative & Team Support · Take notes during marketing team meetings and track action items Assist in organizing digital assets, campaign files, and media libraries · Coordinate with other departments (e.g., design, sales, product) when needed Provide general support to the marketing team across various projects Show more Show less
