Digital Marketing Officer

Job Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated and creative Digital Marketing Executive to develop, implement, and manage online marketing strategies. The ideal candidate will be responsible for enhancing brand awareness, driving website traffic, and generating leads through various digital channels.

Key Responsibilities

1. Digital Marketing & Campaign Management

• Plan and execute digital marketing campaigns across social media, email, SEO/SEM, and paid ads.
• Monitor campaign performance and optimize for maximum ROI.
• Manage and grow company presence on platforms such as Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, YouTube, and Google Ads.

2. Social Media Management

• Create engaging content, schedule posts, and track social media KPIs.
• Manage community interactions, respond to queries, and enhance brand engagement.
• Analyze social media trends and competitor activities.

3. SEO & Website Optimization

• Perform keyword research and implement on-page/off-page SEO strategies.
• Collaborate with web developers to improve site performance, user experience, and search rankings.
• Track and analyze website metrics using Google Analytics/Search Console.

4. Content Creation & Marketing

• Create blog posts, ad copies, email newsletters, and website content.
• Create graphics, videos, and marketing materials.
• Ensure brand consistency across all digital channels.

5. Email Marketing

• Design and execute email marketing campaigns and automation flows.
• Maintain mailing lists and track performance metrics (open rate, CTR, conversions).

6. Reporting & Analysis

• Prepare weekly/monthly reports on digital marketing performance.
• Use analytical tools to evaluate results and present insights for improvement.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent, Fresher

Pay: ₹9,181.16 - ₹15,000.00 per month
