Job Responsibilities
· Make outbound calls to prospective students and parents.
· Explain WisGrad’s education programs and offerings.
· Follow up with leads through calls, WhatsApp, and email.
· Maintain call logs and update CRM or lead tracking sheets.
· Meet daily/weekly calling targets and report performance.
Eligibility & Qualifications
· Minimum Qualification: Graduate
· Experience: Minimum 1 year experience
· Excellent communication skills in English and Hindi
· Knowledge of regional languages is an advantage.
· Basic computer skills and familiarity with tools like Excel, WhatsApp, and CRM.
· Good persuasion, active listening, and patience.
Work Details
Working Days: Monday to Saturday
Work Hours: 09:30 AM to 5:30 PM
Location: Maradu, Kochi
Joining: Immediate
Compensation
Salary: ₹15,000
Incentives: Performance-based bonuses for student conversions or closures
