About the Role
We are seeking a Digital Marketing & Creative Manager to lead complete digital strategy, branding, and growth for both social impact (NGO) and e-commerce projects.This role blends creativity, marketing analytics, and storytelling — perfect for someone who can handle everything from ad campaigns to video production under one vision.
Key Responsibilities :-
Plan and execute integrated digital marketing campaigns for NGO and e-commerce initiatives.
Manage and grow social media platforms (Instagram, Facebook, YouTube, LinkedIn, X).
Design and create visual content — graphics, videos, product creatives, and motion animations.
Run and optimize paid campaigns (Google Ads, Meta Ads, YouTube Ads) to maximize reach and ROI.
Develop brand identity, voice, and storytelling strategies for different audiences.
Oversee SEO, SEM, and ASO (App Store Optimization) for better online visibility.
Implement email and automation workflows for leads, donors, and customers.
Analyze campaign data via Google Analytics, Meta Insights, and performance dashboards.
Collaborate with content, tech, and design teams to maintain consistent branding.
Lead influencer collaborations, partnerships, and awareness campaigns.
Required Skills & Expertise :-
🎯 Digital Marketing -
Expertise in Google Ads, Meta Ads, and YouTube Ads campaign management.
Strong grasp of SEO, SEM, keyword strategy, and content marketing.
Proven ability to build conversion funnels for donations, leads, or e-commerce sales.
🎬 Creative & Content Production -
Proficiency with Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, Premiere Pro, After Effects) or equivalent tools.
Skilled in video editing, motion graphics, and product or campaign visuals.
Experience crafting story-driven content for NGOs and high-converting visuals for e-commerce.
📱 Social Media & Community -
Managing Instagram, YouTube, LinkedIn, and Facebook brand accounts.
Creating monthly content calendars, trend-based reels, and community engagement plans.
Strong sense of audience engagement, tone, and brand aesthetics.
⚙️ Automation & Analytics -
Hands-on with Mailchimp, HubSpot, or Sendinblue for email and automation workflows.
Performance tracking using Google Analytics, Meta Insights, and UTM tagging.
Data-driven campaign optimization and reporting.
Qualifications -
Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in one of the following (or equivalent):
Marketing, Advertising, or Digital Media
Mass Communication or Journalism
Graphic Design, Multimedia, or Visual Arts
Business Administration (with specialization in Marketing / E-commerce)
Additional certifications in Google Ads, Meta Blueprint, SEO, or Digital Marketing are a strong plus.
Minimum 3+ years of professional experience in digital marketing, creative strategy, or performance marketing.
