Designation: Digital Marketing Manager Experience: 10 to 12+ Years Location: Ahmedabad (WFO) Role Overview: We are seeking an experienced Digital Marketing Manager with a strong background in the accounting industry to lead our digital marketing initiatives. In this role, you will be responsible for building our authority in the accounting sector through strategic content development, social media marketing, and lead generation funnels. The ideal candidate will combine technical marketing expertise with industry knowledge to drive measurable results. Key Responsibilities: ● Industry Authority Building: Develop and implement strategies to position Satva Solutions as a thought leader in the accounting technology space ● Content Strategy: Create and execute a comprehensive content strategy aligned with our business goals and target audience needs ● Lead Generation: Design and optimize marketing funnels to generate qualified leads from accounting firms, CFOs, and bookkeeping professionals ● Team Management: Oversee content writers, provide constructive feedback, and ensure high-quality deliverables ● Performance Analysis: Track, analyze, and report on marketing metrics, making data-driven recommendations for improvement ● SEO Management: Direct SEO strategy using tools like Ahrefs and Semrush to improve organic visibility ● Social Media Direction: Develop and oversee social media strategies tailored to accounting professionals ● CRM Optimization: Work with our Pipedrive CRM to ensure proper lead tracking and nurturing ● Budget Management: Manage marketing budget allocations across channels for maximum ROI ● Cross-functional Collaboration: Work closely with sales and product teams to align marketing efforts with company objectives Required Qualifications: ● 10-12+ years of digital marketing experience with demonstrated success ● Proven experience in the accounting industry or B2B SaaS marketing to financial professionals ● Strong track record of team leadership and development ● Deep understanding of content marketing, SEO, social media marketing, and lead generation funnels ● Analytical mindset with experience in marketing analytics and ROI measurement ● Proficiency with SEO tools (Ahrefs, Semrush) and CRM systems (Pipedrive) ● Experience providing constructive feedback to content writers and managing content quality ● Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or related field (MBA is a plus) Preferred Qualifications: ● Knowledge of workflow automation tools, particularly n8n ● Experience with Instantly or similar cold email automation platforms ● Understanding of accounting software and technology trends ● Background in developing thought leadership content for professional services Key Competencies: ● Industry Knowledge: Deep understanding of the accounting profession and its technology needs ● Active Listening: Strong ability to understand client needs and translate them into marketing strategies ● Strategic Thinking: Capacity to develop long-term marketing strategies aligned with business goals ● Data Analysis: Skill in interpreting marketing metrics and making informed decisions ● Leadership: Ability to guide and develop team members effectively ● Communication: Excellent written and verbal communication skills ● Time Management: Capability to handle multiple projects simultaneously ● Adaptability: Flexibility to adjust strategies based on market feedback and results Show more Show less
