Role Overview We are looking for a dynamic and experienced Digital Marketing Manager to lead and execute our digital marketing strategies. The ideal candidate should be well-versed in all aspects of digital marketing, from planning and execution to reporting and optimization. This is a hybrid role that combines both digital marketing execution and project management. You will be responsible for managing campaigns, coordinating with the internal team (designers, copywriters, developers), and ensuring projects are delivered on time with high quality. Key Responsibilities Develop and implement comprehensive digital marketing strategies across multiple channels including SEO, PPC, social media, email marketing, and content marketing. Manage and optimize paid ad campaigns (Google Ads, Meta Ads, LinkedIn Ads, etc.) to achieve lead generation and conversion targets. Supervise and coordinate SEO efforts – on-page, off-page, and technical – to improve search engine rankings. Create, monitor, and analyze performance metrics using tools like Google Analytics, Search Console, and other reporting platforms. Plan and oversee social media strategies for client brands and the agency’s presence, including content calendars and creative briefs. Act as a Project Manager for all digital marketing projects – assigning tasks, setting deadlines, tracking progress, and ensuring on-time delivery. Collaborate with designers, copywriters, and developers to deliver marketing assets as per campaign requirements. Serve as the primary point of contact for client communications related to digital campaigns and performance updates. Continuously stay updated with the latest digital marketing trends, tools, and best practices. Prepare performance reports, presentations, and insights to share with clients and internal stakeholders. Requirements 3+ years of hands-on experience in digital marketing and project management. Strong expertise in PPC campaigns , SEO , social media marketing , and analytics tools . Solid understanding of full-stack digital marketing strategy and execution. Proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines. Excellent team coordination and communication skills. Experience with tools like Google Ads, Meta Business Suite, SEMrush/Ahrefs, WordPress, Google Analytics, Trello/Asana (or other PM tools). Strong analytical thinking and problem-solving skills. Self-motivated, accountable, and goal-oriented. Preferred Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or related field.
