Digital Marketing Manager

We are looking for a motivated and creative individual to join our team as a Digital Marketing Manager. The ideal candidate should have at least 3 years of hands-on experience in digital marketing and content creation, along with a valid certification in Digital Marketing.

Role & responsibilities

Key Responsibilities:

• Execute digital marketing campaigns across platforms like Google Ads, Facebook, and Instagram.
• Plan, create, and manage engaging content for websites, blogs, social media, and email marketing.
• Handle SEO tasks including keyword research, on-page, and off-page optimization.
• Track and report campaign performance using tools like Google Analytics.
• Collaborate with designers and other team members to deliver quality content and creatives.
• Stay updated with the latest digital trends and tools.
• Develop and implement long-term digital marketing strategies and short-term advertising campaigns to meet company goals.
• Oversee the planning and execution of campaigns across various digital channels, including social media, email, search engines (SEO/SEM), and display ads.
• Track and measure the effectiveness of digital campaigns using data and analytics, generating reports to inform future strategies.
• Manage marketing budgets and work with agencies or internal teams to optimize spending and ROI.
• Collaborate on creating and strategizing content for emails, social media, and other digital communications.
• Stay informed about the latest digital marketing trends and implement new research and tools into campaigns.

Requirements:

• Minimum 3 years of work experience in digital marketing.
• Demonstrable experience leading and managing SEO, SEM, marketing databases, email, social media, and/or display advertising campaigns.
• Certificate of completion for a Digital Marketing course (mandatory).
• Strong project management and organizational skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and leadership skills.
• Good knowledge of design tools like Canva or Adobe Suite is a plus.
