K Prive Salons Pvt. Ltd. is one of the leading premium salon chains known for its cutting-edge styling, beauty treatments, and luxury grooming experiences. As we expand our digital presence, we’re looking for an experienced, creative, and driven Digital Marketing Manager to lead our brand’s online growth.

Roles & Responsibilities :-

1. Social Media Management (Primary Focus)

• Strategize, plan, and oversee monthly content calendars for Instagram, Facebook, and other platforms.
• Create high-quality posts, reels, and stories aligned with brand aesthetics.
• Engage with followers, improve brand engagement, and grow the community.
• Analyze performance metrics and optimize social content accordingly.

2. Paid Advertising (Performance Marketing)

• Develop and manage Meta Ads, Google Ads, and YouTube campaigns for brand awareness and lead generation.
• Create ad creatives and messaging in line with salon services and luxury branding.
• Monitor campaign performance and report weekly ROI metrics.

3. Website & SEO Management

• Oversee content updates on the website (offers, services, banners, blog posts).
• Implement SEO strategies to improve online visibility.
• Collaborate with developers/designers to enhance user experience (UX).

4. Influencer & Partnership Marketing

• Identify and collaborate with beauty, fashion, and lifestyle influencers.
• Manage partnerships, content approvals, and performance reporting.
• Organize cross-promotions with luxury and lifestyle brands.

5. Brand & Creative Direction

• Maintain brand consistency across all platforms and campaigns.
• Work with the creative team to conceptualize promotional visuals and videos.
• Ideate and execute campaigns around product/service launches and festive offers.

6. Reporting & Strategy

• Prepare weekly growth and performance reports.
• Conduct competitor analysis and market research.
• Propose innovative strategies to enhance brand positioning and salon footfall.

Skills Required

• Strong expertise in Instagram, Google Ads, Meta Ads, and SEO.
• Experience with Canva, Photoshop, reels editing, and performance analytics tools.
• Solid understanding of beauty, skincare, or luxury lifestyle trends.
• Excellent communication and organizational abilities.
• Leadership and team management skills.

Experience:-

• 2–3 years of experience in digital marketing (preferably in luxury, beauty, or hospitality sectors).
• Previous agency or salon brand experience is a plus.

Salary Range:-

• ₹25,000 – ₹30,000 per month (based on experience and skills).
