Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced and results-driven Digital Marketing Manager to lead our digital marketing team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing, implementing, tracking, and optimizing our digital marketing campaigns across all digital channels. You will work to enhance Jasper Software Solutions' brand visibility, drive customer engagement, and contribute to revenue growth.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and execute comprehensive digital marketing strategies aligned with business goals.
• Plan and manage campaigns across various digital platforms, including SEO, PPC, social media, email marketing, and content marketing.
• Optimize the company's website and landing pages to increase traffic and conversions.
• Analyze data and performance metrics to assess the effectiveness of campaigns and make data-driven decisions.
• Lead the content creation team to produce high-quality, engaging, and relevant digital content.
• Manage and grow the company’s social media presence.
• Stay updated with the latest trends and technologies in digital marketing.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams (development, design, and sales) to ensure consistent brand messaging.
• Monitor competitors and provide insights to stay ahead in the market.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Proven experience as a Digital Marketing Manager or in a similar role.
• In-depth knowledge of various digital marketing tools and platforms (e.g., Google Analytics, SEO tools, AdWords, Facebook Ads).
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and generate actionable insights.
• Excellent communication and team management skills.
• Creativity and innovation in developing digital marketing campaigns.
• Proficiency in marketing automation software and CRM tools is a plus.
