Salary Range: ₹10,000 – ₹20,000 per month

Job Overview:

We are looking for a motivated and results-driven Business Development Executive (BDE) to join our team. The BDE will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, building and maintaining client relationships, and driving revenue growth. This role requires excellent communication, negotiation skills, and the ability to work in a target-oriented environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Identify and generate new business opportunities through cold calling, networking, and online research.
• Build and maintain strong client relationships to ensure long-term partnerships.
• Present and promote company products/services to prospective clients.
• Prepare and deliver business proposals and presentations.
• Collaborate with the marketing and sales team to achieve company goals.
• Meet and exceed sales targets and business development objectives.
• Maintain accurate records of leads, prospects, and client communications in CRM tools.
• Stay updated with industry trends, competitors, and market activities.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field (preferred).
• Proven experience as a Business Development Executive, Sales Executive, or similar role (freshers with good communication skills can also apply).
• Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Self-motivated with a results-oriented mindset.
• Basic computer knowledge (MS Office, CRM tools, Email, Internet Research).
