Job Summary

We are seeking a motivated and results-driven Sales Agent to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of IT and SaaS products, excellent communication skills, and a proven track record in B2B sales. As a Sales Agent, you will be responsible for identifying prospects, building relationships, closing deals, and contributing to the growth of Jasper Software Solutions.

Key Responsibilities

  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities through cold calling, networking, email outreach, and social selling.
  • Pitch and sell Jasper Software Solutions' services and SaaS products to potential clients across various industries.
  • Understand client needs and recommend suitable IT or SaaS solutions.
  • Prepare and deliver compelling sales presentations and demos.
  • Negotiate and close deals, achieving or exceeding monthly and quarterly sales targets.
  • Maintain a robust sales pipeline using CRM tools.
  • Collaborate with internal teams (marketing, tech, support) to ensure customer satisfaction.
  • Provide feedback to the product team on customer needs and market trends.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends, competitive landscape, and emerging technologies.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, IT, or related field preferred.
  • 1–3 years of experience in IT or SaaS sales (freshers with exceptional communication skills may also apply).
  • Strong knowledge of digital products and IT services.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
  • Self-motivated with a proactive approach to achieving sales goals.
  • Proficiency with CRM systems and basic reporting tools.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team.
