We are looking for a dynamic Sales Agent skilled in both inbound and outbound calling, with strong product understanding and the ability to guide customers effectively.
Key Responsibilities:
Handle inbound and outbound calls to engage prospects and existing customersQuickly grasp product features and advise customers based on their needsIdentify customer requirements, pinpoint pain points, and suggest suitable solutionsEncourage customers to move to the next stage of the sales conversationMaintain accurate call and lead records
Requirements:
Strong communication and convincing skillsAbility to understand customer needs and recommend effective solutionsConfident, proactive, and target-drivenExperience in telesales or customer service is an advantage
