Role Overview

We are hiring Sales Lead Generators who will be responsible for identifying and reaching out to potential clients, building leads, and setting up meetings for the sales team. This is a result-driven role perfect for those who are good at online research, communication, and have a hunger to grow.

Key Responsibilities

• Research and identify potential clients on platforms like IndiaMart, Justdial, LinkedIn, etc.
• Generate daily leads and maintain records in CRM.
• Send WhatsApp/Email messages using given templates.
• Follow up on warm leads to book demos for sales closers.
• Coordinate with the sales team for updates on lead conversion.
• Achieve monthly lead and conversion targets.
• Skills & Requirements
• Basic knowledge of IT services (web, app, POS, CRM).
• Excellent communication in Hindi or English.
• Ability to work independently with daily targets.
• Experience in lead generation or telesales (preferred but not required).
• Familiarity with Google Sheets, WhatsApp Web, and basic CRM tools.
