We focus on technology-driven growth, transparency, and scalable digital systems including WhatsApp ordering, automation, and performance marketing. Role OverviewWe are looking for a Digital Marketing Manager who can own end-to-end digital growth—from paid campaigns and SEO to conversion tracking, WhatsApp funnels, and analytics. The role requires a hands-on marketer who understands high-intent, transaction-based platforms like food delivery, travel, or e-commerce. Key Responsibilities1. Performance Marketing & Revenue GrowthPlan, execute, and optimize campaigns on Google Ads (Search, Display, PMax), Meta Ads, YouTube Drive order volume, ROAS, and station-wise demand Optimize keywords like order food on train, IRCTC food delivery, station-based campaigns, etc. Implement retargeting, cart abandonment, and remarketing strategies 2. Conversion Tracking & AnalyticsSet up and manage GA4, Google Tag Manager, Google Ads conversions Implement enhanced conversions, gclid tracking, and funnel attribution Work closely with the tech team (Node.js / Next.js / Flutter) for tracking accuracy Build weekly & monthly performance dashboards 3. SEO & Organic Growth (Core for YatriRestro)Lead station-wise & city-wise SEO strategy Optimize landing pages for railway stations (NDLS, PNBE, DDU, HWH, etc.) Improve Core Web Vitals, indexing, and structured data Drive sustainable organic traffic for transactional keywords 4. WhatsApp, CRM & Automation MarketingOptimize WhatsApp Business API campaigns (order reminders, promotions) Coordinate chatbot flows (PNR → station → outlet → order) Run email, push notification, and remarketing automation Improve repeat orders & customer retention 5. Campaign Planning & Brand VisibilityPlan festival campaigns, train-specific promotions, station launches Coordinate creatives with designers (banners, reels, ads, landing pages) Ensure brand consistency across all digital platforms 6. Team, Vendor & Budget ManagementCoordinate with internal tech, design, content, and external agencies Manage monthly ad budgets efficiently Ensure compliance with IRCTC & platform policies (no misleading ads) Required Skills & QualificationsMust-Have3–6 years of experience in Digital / Performance Marketing Strong command over Google Ads, Meta Ads, GA4, GTM Proven experience in lead/order-based platforms (food, travel, e-commerce) Strong analytical mindset with ROI focus Ability to work closely with developers for tracking & automation Good to HaveExperience in IRCTC, travel-tech, food delivery, or aggregator platforms Knowledge of WhatsApp marketing, chatbots, CRM automation Hands-on SEO experience (especially local & programmatic SEO) Familiarity with tools like Ahrefs, SEMrush, Screaming Frog, Metabase Key KPIs (Performance Ownership)Order growth (Prepaid & COD) ROAS & CAC Organic traffic & keyword rankings Conversion rate improvement Repeat customer percentage What YatriRestro OffersHigh-ownership role with real business impact Direct exposure to large-scale, pan-India campaigns Fast-growth startup environment Competitive salary + performance-based incentives
