Job Title: Digital Marketing Manager

About the Role:

We are looking for a dynamic and self-motivated Digital Marketing Specialist to join our team. The ideal candidate is young, creative, and driven — with hands-on experience in working with designers, managing marketing projects, and building successful campaigns targeted at the US market. This role requires a deep understanding of digital channels, social media strategy, SEO, and paid advertising.

Key Responsibilities:

Develop, implement, and manage marketing campaigns that promote the company’s products and services.
Enhance brand awareness in the digital space and grow our online presence. Create and execute effective social media marketing strategies, including content ideas, budget planning, and implementation schedules. Promote brand offerings across LinkedIn, Facebook, Instagram, X (Twitter), and other relevant platforms. Conduct audience and competitor research to build strategic campaigns. Work closely with designers to create engaging visuals and marketing materials. Optimize company social media pages to increase content visibility and follower engagement. Drive website traffic, lead generation, and conversions using the latest social media trends and tools. Plan and manage paid search campaigns (Google Ads, Meta, etc.), ensuring maximum ROI through data collection and analysis. Track and report website analytics, campaign performance, and KPIs regularly. Optimize landing pages for better conversions and SEO performance. Collaborate with web development teams to align SEO strategy and content structure.

Required Skills & Experience:

3–5 years of experience in digital marketing, preferably for US-based clients.
Proven experience in managing projects and coordinating with design teams. Strong knowledge of social media marketing, SEO, Google Analytics, Google Ads, and paid campaigns. Ability to create effective strategies and execute them end-to-end. Self-starter with excellent time management and organizational skills. Excellent communication and content planning abilities. Experience in marketing websites and digital assets targeting US audiences.

Nice to Have:

Familiarity with tools like Canva, HubSpot, SEMrush, Ahrefs, or Hootsuite.
Experience with email marketing tools and marketing automation platforms.
