About Us

Digital IT Hub is a growth-focused digital marketing & training company. We work with clients across e-commerce, edutech, technology, hospitality and real estate. We prefer doers who deliver measurable results — not theory.


What you’ll do (practical, hands-on)


  • Own and execute advanced technical SEO (site audits, schema, site architecture, crawl budget, log analysis, site migrations, Core Web Vitals fixes).
  • Design and run performance marketing campaigns (Google Ads, Meta, and programmatic channels); optimize ROAS and CAC.
  • Implement and optimize AEO (Answer Engine Optimization) and structured data for voice/featured snippets.
  • Manage email marketing end-to-end (automation, segmentation, flows, deliverability, analytics).
  • Run WhatsApp API marketing workflows (templated messages, automation, compliance, integrations).
  • Configure and use CRM tools (lead capture, lead scoring, workflow automation, reporting). Hands-on experience required.
  • Use AI tools effectively — create prompts and pipelines for content generation, ad copy, reporting automation, and creative testing.
  • Work cross-functionally with product/sales/design to implement growth experiments and measure outcomes.
  • Own reporting: weekly dashboards, channel-level KPIs, and action items tied to conversions and revenue.

Must-have (non-negotiable)

  • Minimum 3–5 years of practical hands-on experience in digital marketing (not purely theoretical).
  • Deep technical SEO experience (site audits, log file analysis, schema, Core Web Vitals fixes).
  • Performance marketing track record with measurable ROAS improvements.
  • Real, implemented experience with WhatsApp API marketing and Email automation platforms.
  • Hands-on with a CRM (HubSpot, Zoho, Salesforce, etc.) — setup + automation experience.
  • Proven experience across at least two of these industries: E-commerce, Edutech, Technology, Hospitality, Real Estate.
  • Excellent spoken & written English — able to write precise prompts for AI tools and craft professional communication.
  • Data-driven: comfortable with analytics tools (GA4, Looker Studio, Excel/Sheets, SQL a plus).
  • Problem solver, proactive, result-oriented, and comfortable working in a fast-paced environment.

Nice-to-have


  • Experience with A/B testing platforms and CRO.
  • Familiarity with server-side tracking and CDP integrations.
  • Basic knowledge of front-end (HTML/CSS) or working with engineers on tag management.
  • Certifications or real-case portfolio of campaigns and SEO projects.
